The Lobels shop the wholesale market daily for Prime
beef, lamb and veal. From the selection available each
day, the Lobels select the best of the best. Prime meat
is always at a premium at the wholesale market. For
example, just 2.5% of all beef graded today makes the
top Prime grade.
Your Lobel's Order: Freshly cut for you and NEVER frozen
Your Lobel's order arrives fresh, meaning that the Prime meat
delivered to your door has never been frozen. Lobel's fresh
Prime meat is versatile: you can prepare the meat right away,
store it in the refrigerator in its Cryovac package for a
week, or you can freeze it. So, as you can see, the options
available to you by ordering fresh meat far outweigh the advantages
of meat that has been frozen before shipping.
