Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs. Lobel's sausages, any variety

4 tablespoons Tracklements Onion Marmalade

Red wine (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Grill, broil, or pan fry the sausages, according to your preference.

2. Transfer the sausages to an ovenproof baking dish or cast-iron pan. Spoon the Onion Marmalade on top of the sausages. Finish in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes. Remove the sausages from the pan.

3. Optional: Stir a little red wine into the pan juices for a brilliant onion gravy.

4. Serve the sausages on a bed of mashed potatoes, drizzling the pan juices over them.
