Chicken-Mango Shish Kabobs
Cooking method: Grilling
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 pearl onions
4 large skewers
Assemble skewers, alternating chicken and vegetables.
Place skewers flat in a shallow baking dish. Pour Wild Thymes Tropical Mango Lime Sauce over skewers and marinate for 1 hour.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
