Chicken-Mango Shish Kabobs

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1 (1 lb.) Frenched Chicken Breasts, skin and bone removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 pearl onions
4 large skewers

DIRECTIONS

1. Assemble skewers, alternating chicken and vegetables.

2. Place skewers flat in a shallow baking dish. Pour Wild Thymes Tropical Mango Lime Sauce over skewers and marinate for 1 hour.

3. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
