This is a sauce that requires no cooking. It just needs several hours of refrigeration to bind it. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well, cover the bowl, then place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Although this is an excellent dip for fondue, it can be delicious served with hot boiled tongue and broccoli.
