2 pounds Ground Lamb
1/2 pound bacon
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1. Place ground lamb in large mixing bowl and bring to room temperature.

2. Preheat broiler.

3. Fry bacon and remove to paper towels to drain. Reserve small part of bacon fat in frying pan and crumble bacon when cool.
