Maître d´Hôtel Butter

Cooking method: Binding

This is a classic butter mixture that can be a delightful accompaniment to any grilled meat.


1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
White Pepper, to taste


1. Cream the butter until it is fluffy. Add the parsley and season with salt and white pepper. Add the lemon juice gradually. When it is a smooth paste, wrap the mixture in plastic film and either refrigerate or freeze. Bring to room temperature before serving.
