Meat Loaf Parmigiana

INGREDIENTS

8 slices leftover meat loaf
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced

DIRECTIONS
|
|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the meat loaf slices—in a single row—in a shallow baking pan. Spoon the sauce over the meat and top with cheese slices. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS |
|
Because this is a leftover (but delicious), it should have some excitnig things to go with it. How about an artichoke for each person with a melted butter and lemon dip? Also, chilled rosé wine. |
