Mustard Butter

Cooking method: Binding

This butter is a delight on grilled ham. It can also give a different taste to grilled steak or pork chops.


1 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp. dry mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar


1. Whip (or cream) the butter with a fork until it is fluffy. Stir in the mustard. When well blended, add the Worcestershire sauce and sugar.

2. Cover and refrigerate, or wrap in plastic film and freeze. Bring to room temperature before serving, then whip again.
