1 cup butter, softened 2 tablespoons dry mustard Dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1. Whip (or cream) the butter with a fork until it is fluffy. Stir in the mustard. When well blended, add the Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
2. Cover and refrigerate, or wrap in plastic film and freeze. Bring to room temperature before serving, then whip again.
