Warm Potato and Bacon Salad with Sweet Mustard Ketchup Serves: 4 Time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 lb. potatoes, peeled 8 slices Double Hickory Smoked Bacon 3 Tbsp. Tracklements Sweet Mustard Ketchup DIRECTIONS 1. Boil the potatoes until just cooked. 2. Chop and fry bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and keep warm. 3.
