Maître d´Hôtel Butter

This is a classic butter mixture that can
be a delightful accompaniment to any grilled meat.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Salt and white pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
|
|
Cream the butter until it is fluffy. Add the parsley
and season with salt and white pepper. Add the lemon juice
gradually. When it is a smooth paste, wrap the mixture
in plastic film and either refrigerate or freeze. Bring
to room temperature before serving. |
