Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages
Cooking method: Baking
2 lb. Lobel's sausages, any variety
Red wine, optional
Grill, broil, or pan fry the sausages, according to your preference.
Transfer the sausages to an ovenproof baking dish or cast-iron pan. Spoon the Onion Marmalade on top of the sausages. Finish in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes. Remove the sausages from the pan.
Stir a little red wine into the pan juices for a brilliant onion gravy.
Serve over a bed of mashed potatoes, drizzling the pan juices on top.
