To send a gift certificate for a specified amount of money to be used for the purchase of any of Lobel's of New York products:
Step 1: To order a dollar-value gift certificate, Click here.
Step 2: Enter the number of dollar-value gift certificates you wish to purchase in the Quantity box.
Step 3: Enter the dollar value of the gift certificate you'd like to purchase ($15.00 minimum). Click the Add to My Order button.
Step 4: Review your selections. If you need to alter gift certificate amounts, do so, then click the Update button. You may also remove or add more dollar-value gift certificates at this point. When you are satisfied with your order, click the View Order Summary button.
Step 5: Log in to your existing Lobel's of New York account or complete the brief registration form to create a new account. If you are creating a new account, you will be prompted to complete a shipping address form for your intended recipient.
Step 6: Verify the shipping address. If the default address is not correct, click the Change Address button, where you will be prompted to select a shipping address or add a new shipping address. Click the Ship to Multiple Addresses button if you have multiple certificates in your cart that you'd like to send to more than one recipient. If you are planning to choose email delivery of the gift certificate, you can enter the email address on the next page.
Step 7: Click the Gift Options button, and include an optional gift message if you’d like. Click the Proceed button.
Step 8: You will be taken back to the Order Summary page. Your shipping method will now be designated, and the next available arrival date will appear. You may change the arrival date to any valid arrival date (based on the shipment method). If you make any changes to the arrival date, click the Update Order Summary button to update your selections. If you would like to use email delivery, enter the email address to which you want the gift certificate sent in the box indicated.
Step 9: Review your selections and shipping costs. Make changes as necessary and click the Update Order Summary button to update your selections.
Step 10: When you are satisfied with your order summary, review the disclosures and check the box affirming that you understand our policies. Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
Step 11: Complete your billing information, including billing address and credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Click the Complete this Order button.
Step 12: Review the Order Confirmation page. Write down your order number or print out the entire page. You can also click the link to print your receipt.
Step 13: You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter. The email you receive will contain a link that you can click to print your receipt.
