Fischer & Wieser Cilantro & Olive Salsa |
This salsa is robust and chunky owing its flavor to a blending of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. The addition of olive to a traditional salsa recipe adds a richness and depth of flavor that makes this salsa as unique as it is tasty. It’s excellent as a dip as well as a great partner for spicing up rice or grilled pork, poultry, and seafood.

Tomatoes (vine ripened fresh unpeeled tomatoes, extra heavy tomato puree, salt, citric acid),water, green olives (olives [may contain pits], water, salt, and lactic acid), red wine vinegar, tomato paste, cilantro, onions, garlic, sun dried tomatoes (sun dried tomatoes, salt, sulfur dioxide [as a preservative], glucose, citric acid), kosher salt, black pepper, modified tapioca starch, coriander, chipotle powder.
