Fischer & Wieser Sweet Asian Stir Fry & Dipping Sauce |
Here’s a very versatile sauce that’s a compliment to just about any type of Asian cuisine—from a dip for pot stickers and spring rolls to sushi. Based on the traditional flavors of Chinese plum, or duck, sauce, this sauce gets a bit of a kick from red chiles, and smoothed earthy soy sauce and mellow sesame seeds. Use as a stir fry for pork, chicken, or as a final drizzle on grilled meats and seafood.
Ingredients
Apricots, water, sugar, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, alcohol [to retain freshness]), apple cider vinegar, rice wine vinegar (water grain alcohol, sake cake, rice, sugar) , garlic, red chili sauce (chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives, xanthan gum), sesame oil (soy or corn oil, sesame oil), sesame seeds, ginger (fresh ginger, water, phosphoric acid, xanthan gum), extra virgin olive oil, xanthan gum.
