Smoked Andouille Sausage

This Cajun pork sausage is smoked and spicy from a mixture of peppers—including cayenne—and a prominent taste of fresh garlic. Andouille, great grilled and served on a bun, is most often used as an ingredient and flavoring agent in such Cajun dishes as gumbo, jambalaya, and vegetable sides. The taste is reminiscent of Polish kielbasa, but with a pronounced kick. Fully cooked, just heat and eat.

Smoked Andouille Sausage is available in 1-pound packages, 4 sausages per pack.

Preparing Lobel's Sausages

We ship our sausages frozen. Some thawing may occur during transit. Our sausages are fully cooked; simply brown and serve after thawing.
