Smoked Turkey

Our friend and smoke master extraordinaire, Micheal Satzow in New Hampshire has captured the very essence of the New England smoking tradition with these fully cooked smoked turkeys. Processed to Lobel’s of New York specifications, the turkeys are cured with brown sugar and smoked for 12 hours. These turkeys are tender, making them easy to slice and serve. Their delicate smokiness is bound to excite every palate.

Preparing Smoked Turkey

We ship our Smoked Turkeys frozen. Some thawing may occur during transit. Upon receiving your order, plan on the following approximate times for thawing in your refrigerator:
Whole Smoked Turkey 3–4 days

Once defrosted, the smoked turkey should be consumed within 5 days.
