Victoria Taylor's Toasted Onion Herb

This is a wonderfully hearty blend features a prominent onion flavor tamed by gentle toasting and a chorus of supporting herbs and spices. Mix with sour cream for a new twist on a classic chip or veggie dip. This particular combination of flavors complements beef, pork, and lamb as a topping before roasting. For example, spread the top of a rack of lamb with Dijon or other mustard. Mix some of the Toasted Onion Herb blend with Panko and then coat the rack with a layer of seasoned breadcrumbs.
