You can choose to leave the tenderloin whole for cutting into a variety of cuts—from filet mignons and Chateaubriand roasts to kabobs, sandwich steaks, tenderloin steaks, or tournedos.
Or, for a small additional charge, we’ll hand cut the whole tenderloin into individual steaks in a size of your choosing—either 4, 5, 6, or 8 oz. steaks.
