This customer favorite collection of classic steaks is available in two sizes in either USDA Prime Beef or Natural Prime Beef.
The Weekender I package includes:
- 2 (8 oz.) Filet Mignons
- 2 (12 oz.) Dry-Aged Boneless Strip Steaks
- 2 (22 oz.) Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steaks
The Weekender II package includes:
- 2 (6 oz.) Filet Mignons
- 2 (10 oz.) Dry-Aged Boneless Strip Steaks
- 2 (18 oz.) Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steaks
