Lobel’s whole roasting chickens are plump, meaty birds with a rich, natural buttery flavor. Fed on organically grown grains and pure fresh water in a free-range environment, these roasters reach a weight range of 6 to 8 pounds—larger than our frying chickens, and a great size for family dinners and entertaining.

For a limited time each month, we accept orders for fresh poultry. All orders ship on a selected day or days each month (depending on holiday delivery schedules). This ensures that each month we are able to offer you a wide selection of the freshest poultry possible. Check back each month for our fresh poultry offerings.
