Weisswurst |
Creamy white and finely textured, Weisswurst (pronounced: wice-wurst) is a mild veal and pork, Swiss-style sausage featuring a hint of nutmeg. Fully cooked, just heat gently and serve with sweet mustard. Cooked onions make a great accompaniment, too.
Weisswurst is available in 1-pound packages, 4 sausages per pack.
