A Sweetheart Steak is a 20-ounce Boneless Strip Steak or Boneless Rib Steak—your choice—butterflied into the shape of a heart. You can also choose your favorite type of beef—USDA Prime, Natural Prime, or American Wagyu—dry-aged to perfection.

And what’s a romantic occasion without chocolate? You also have the option to include a box of Lake Champlain Select Origin Chocolates to end on a semi-sweet note.
Select Origin chocolates (sometimes called single origin, pure origin, or varietal) are those made from cocoa beans grown in a specific geographic area of the world. This gift selection contains 24 dark chocolate squares originating from cocoa beans harvested from the Caribbean and Africa ranging in chocolate solids content from 54% to 75%.
- Sao Thome (vanilla notes): 70% cocoa content
- Tanzania (fruity & creamy): 75% cocoa content
- Grenada (big brownie): 60% cocoa content
- African Blend (balanced flavor): 54% cocoa content
From the snap of your first bite to the smooth, refined feel as the chocolate melts on your tongue, to the unfolding layers of flavor notes, each of Lake Champlain's Select Origins chocolates has a unique flavor profile and aroma.
Made in Vermont, Lake Champlain Chocolate's Select Origin Chocolates are all natural and kosher. Squares are approximately 1 3/8" square and 3/16" thick. (Net wt. 6.7 oz.)
