Cooking Instructions
Boil in the Bag, From Frozen
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot (rolling boil). Remove pouch from outer bag. Add pouch to boiling water and reduce heat to simmer. (Water is simmering when small bubbles are rising from the bottom of the pot.) Simmer approximately 10-12 minutes to an internal temperature of 160°F, stirring occasionally to circulate water around pouch. Do not overcook.

Beef, veal stock (water, veal bones, roux [made of wheat flour and veal fat], modified food starch, mirepoix stock [made of carrot, celery and onion stocks], red wine, beef stock, tomato paste, salt, celery stock, carrot stock), carrots, onions, celery, haricots verts, soybean oil, sea salt, flour (wheat flour), garlic, black pepper.
