Each meat loaf is hand-formed from a blend of beef, veal, pork, and seasonings. Then it’s baked individually and topped with caramelized sweet onions. Gravy’s on the side.

Cooking Instructions
Boil in the Bag, From Frozen
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot (rolling boil). Remove pouch from outer bag. Add pouch to boiling water and reduce heat to simmer. (Water is simmering when small bubbles are rising from the bottom of the pot.) Simmer approximately 55-60 minutes to an internal temperature of 160°F, stirring occasionally to circulate water around pouch. Do not overcook.
Sauce Heating Instructions: Add the unopened sauce pouch to the simmering meat loaf for the last 10 minutes of the cook time of the meat or simmer in a pot of water for 10 minutes.
Conventional Oven, From Frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove meat loaf from pouch. Place in an oven-proof pan and cover with foil. Place in oven for approximately 40- 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Conventional Oven, From Refrigerated
Place frozen meat loaf in refrigerator and thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove meatloaf from pouch. Place in a pot and cover with foil. Place in oven for approximately 25- 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Ingredients
Ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, cream, onions, bread crumbs, (bleached wheat flour, dextrose, salt, yeast), eggs, parsley, roasted garlic, sea salt, oregano, black pepper, thyme. Gravy: Veal Stock (veal stock [veal bones, water], roux [made of wheat flour and veal fat], modified food starch, mirepoix stock [made of carrot, celery and onion stocks], (red wine [contains sulfites naturally occurring in wine], beef stock, tomato paste, salt, celery stock, carrot stock), Vegetable Stock (red wine, water, modified food starch, carrot stock, onion stock, tomato paste, celery stock, lemon juice [water, lemon juice concentrate], mushroom stock, salt, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, spices), Butter (unsalted), Flour (wheat flour), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Thyme, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves.
Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat.
