Tidman's Natural Rock Salt

Tidman’s Natural Rock Salt is a coarse-grained, hard culinary salt, similar in texture to traditional Kosher or pretzel salt. It's best suited to being ground in a salt mill. If used uncrushed, rock salt is best used for cooking soups, stews, braises—long-cooked dishes, where it will have time to dissolve completely.
