Recipe Pack: Pork Tenderloin Kabobs with Herbs and Bacon |
We like to serve these kabobs atop of a bed of white beans or French lentils: Purée a third of the cooked beans or lentils with some of their cooking liquid and a bit of cream, then fold this mixture back in with the whole beans or lentils. The kabobs are also delicious with sautéed apple slices.
