Never Let\s Me Down!!! Hi...this is sort of \cheating\ because I ordered my Lobel\s turkey a few weeks ago and anyone who buys their turkey\s from Lobel\s knows why...THEY SELL OUT. As soon as they become available...in late September or mid October...I\m on it. \n\nYou can take it to the bank that your turkey will be healthy with white skin (not yellow or beige)...it will also be plump and meaty (not floppy or skimpy). \n\nNo matter what I do with the turkey...butterfly it marinade it with Lobel\s Korean Marinade and cook it in the bbq or slather it with melted butter sherry & \FRESH\ thyme sage & few other fresh herbs and roast it...it\s ALWAYS juicy and delicious.\n\nThe best part of it all...making turkey broth (soup) using the bones (carcass)...EXCELLENT!!!\n \nI\ll submit a picture after Thanksgiving and when I order my \Prime RIb w/Bones Tied\.

Gobble Gobble Ordering my turkey from Lobel\s signals the real start of the holiday for me. I like to order a 12 - 14 lb at the end of September for delivery on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving; if I don\t they will sell out.\n\nThe turkeys are not like what you find in stores; the Lobel turkey is plump with a lot of meat and the skin is a healthy white. I don\t stuff my turkey but I marinade it as soon as it arrives and follow the cooking directions for roasting....although last year I had to buy a larger turkey (they were already sold out of the smaller) so I marinaded it halved and placed on the BBQ grill. It was OUTSTANDING and a big hit with everyone.\n\nNever would I order my Thanksgiving turkey from anyone anywhere else but Lobel.
