Unbelievable Maybe the best steak I ever ate but certainly the nicest looking steak I\ve ever seen. It\s expensive but if you enjoy a good steak and can afford it it is extraordinary.

Outstanding Beef!!! I have purchased many steaks now from Lobel\s and they honestly have the best steaks in the nation. I have purchased lots of other prime beef and wagyu steaks and really nothing comes close to the flavor and tenderness of their beef. I hope they are giving their ranchers some credit too for growing this tremendous beef.

Disappointed Good steaks however even with buy three get one free pricy. Not as good as my memory of Jefferson Market long ago. Prices were more than Asheville butcher I use. Taste ok not over the moon.\nArrived on schedule well shipped.

The Best You Can Buy I’ve just received my third order for these in the last 2 months. If you want the best steak you can buy treat yourself and order. \n\nI’ve cooked them three different ways and can confidently say searing them and then finishing them over indirect heat on the charcoal grill is the best way to cook them. \n\nLast time we had these I also cooked another dry aged prime ribeye side by side and conducted a blind taste test. Both steaks were good but the Lobel’s was the unanimous victor. \n\nBottom line: you can’t take the $ with you and if you want the best this is it.

bone in ribeye prime steak Very disappointed the the steak. I was hoping I might have found a purveyor I could count on for the very best steak available but that was not the case. I steak was somewhat chewy and did not have the robust flavor I was hoping for. I could go get this quality at the HEB store 2 miles down the road. Do not get me wrong; the steak was OK but was not worth the difference in price from the usda prime steak I get here in Wimberley. I will keep trying to find the right purveyor and when I do I will be a good and loyal customer.

Wow I bought 2 bone in 24 ounce rib steaks reverse seared them and cooked them to 135 on my Weber kettle and they were absolutely wonderful. We fed 4 people with those 2 steaks but I believe everyone would have eaten more steak because no one touched the rest of their food until the steak was gone. They had a very robust beef flavor and were incredibly tender and juicy; every bite.
