Best Short Ribs Ever - An Amazing Experience I received my short ribs on time in a secure cold shipping box. The short ribs looked amazing with wonderful marbling and a fresh musk scent. I put them in the sous vide for 3 days and finished them on the grill then served it as a steak. What came out of that was a dining experience like no other. The meat was melt in your mouth and so tender it could be cut with a fork. The fat lend itself to a remarkable flavor nutty but not overwhelmingly so beefy and over-the-top rich. I highly recommended this to all my friends and family and to you as well. I will be ordering more of these in the future and will also look towards their other cuts specifically the ribeyes.
