Prime Boneless Rib RoastWe rely on Lobels for prime steaks and roasts. This was first try of Prime Rib Roast. It looked perfect as expected and arrived fresh. I did the usual dry rub and roasted per instructions for medium rare. Outcome was as good as any top restaurant and got rave reviews. Sadly we did not finish in one sitting and did not do well with left overs but the quality of the beef as is always the case is the key to a great end result.

Feels like we wasted our money We are not asking for a refund to show our sincerity.\nTo be very honest this is our first and last time buying from Lobel\s.\n\nWhen the roast that we bought from Lobel\s can be compared to a roast bought from our local grocery store then it is time to look elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed We had recently purchased your 7LB dry-aged prime tied bone-in rib roast which was excellent.\nThis time we went with your 5LB boneless prime rib roast. \nWe were extremely disappointed.\nIt was not flavorful and was not tender. \nOur guests at Mother\s Day dinner were as surprised and dissatisfied as we were which was embarrassing.\nWhat a let down.\nWe will not order this cut again.
