Directions

    In a large bowl add beef strips and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat.
    Prepare your charcoal or gas grill. Grill should be at medium-high heat.
    Heat up a large cast iron skillet on the grill. Once hot add olive oil, seasoned beef strips, and minced garlic to skillet. Sear until slightly crusted (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
    Add julienned onions and peppers to pan. Lower the grill temperature to medium-low heat and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes.
    Add beef strips back to skillet. Stir to combine.
    Serve in small individual cast iron pans with tortillas on the side

Serve with salsa, sliced avocado, sour cream, cheese, and shredded lettuce.
