Directions

    In a large bowl add chicken, fajita seasoning, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
    Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Add in chicken and sear until browned. Remove from pan.
    Add julienned onions to the pan and cook until onions start to become translucent. The add the peppers and continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes.
    Add chicken back to the pan and stir to combine
    Serve in small individual cast iron pans with tortillas on the side

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with salsa, sliced avocado, sour cream, cheese, and shredded lettuce.
