1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup pizza sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon powered garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Non-stick cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 375⁰F.
2. In a bowl, combine the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, pizza sauce, and seasonings. Mix well.
3. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press the mixture into each cup of the muffin tin, leaving a small indent in the middle and pressing the mixture up the sides of the tin to form a cup.
4. Fill the indent in the center of each cup with cheese.
5. Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve immediately with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
