3/4 cup shredded cheese mixture, e.g., cheddar, Swiss, and parmesan

Bread crumbs, buttered, plain, or seasoned
Directions
- Brown sausages in a frying pan. Cut finished sausages into thirds.Gently mix eggs, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese together.Place in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.Cover and refrigerate overnight.Place in preheated 325-F oven and bake until bubbling in center, about 1 hour.Serve with toasted English muffins or other breakfast bread.
