4 (8 oz.) USDA Prime Filets Mignon

1 (large clove) garlic, halved

1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 to 2 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. black pepper, cracked

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: Lobel's All-Purpose Savory Seasoning

Topping
-
2 tablespoons cream cheese
-
4 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese

4 teaspoons plain yogurt

2 teaspoons minced onion
-
dash ground white pepper
Directions
- Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Rub filets with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and savory seasoning, if desired.Place steaks on grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 10 to 14 minutes for medium-rare (145-F) to medium (160-F) doneness, turning occasionally. One minute before steaks are done, top evenly with topping.Remove steaks to a platter and let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
