Ingredients

2 lbs. USDA Prime Filet Mignon Burger Ground Beef

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 yellow bell pepper, diced

1 small onion, diced

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Lobel All-Purpose Savory Seasoning

1 egg, beaten
-
2/3 cup breadcrumbs

Lobel Steak Sauce or Lobel BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Break up the ground beef into a large mixing bowl.
- Add peppers, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and Lobel Savory Seasoning. Mix with a light hand to combine all ingredients evenly. Do not overwork the mixture.
- Form into 8 patties. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill. Lightly spray the grill rack with vegetable oil cooking spray. The coals should be hot.
- Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes. Turn and grill for 4 or 5 minutes longer for medium-well burgers.
- Top with Lobel BBQ Sauce or Lobel's Steak Sauce.
Recipe Note
Serving Suggestions: Top with your favorite cheese and fried onions. Serve on a lightly toasted brioche bun.
