Ingredients

(2 lbs.) chicken breast strips

1 medium red pepper, julienned

1 medium green pepper, juliennedmedium Spanish onion, julienned

2 ¬Ω tbsp fajita seasoning or Lobel's All-Purpose Savory Seasoning

2 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- In a large bowl add chicken, fajita seasoning, and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Add in chicken and sear until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add julienned onions to the pan and cook until onions start to become translucent. The add the peppers and continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes.
- Add chicken back to the pan and stir to combine
- Serve in small individual cast iron pans with tortillas on the side
