Simply the best filet you can get
"I\ve grilled and enjoyed many greats steaks in my day and I\m typically a ribeye kind of guy but I can honestly tell you this was one of the best steaks I\ve ever put in my mouth ! I\ve never seen a filet with such beautiful marbling and the fact that it was dry aged and bone-in just takes things to an unprecedented level. Often times with filets they need a bacon wrap to provide some additional fat for cooking and to add some flavor. . . . not so with these. I knew I was in for a treat as soon as I started slicing it and the knife was just gliding through the meat like a stick of butter. The meat is so tender and so juicy it just melts in your mouth and the texture and natural flavor is just phenomenal. I\ll definitely be ordering some more of these in the future !"
