"Delivery was fast and fresh. Cooked the 9 lb brisket over mesquite for 12 hours following Aaron Franklin’s recipe - phenomenal. Will be ordering again (and again)!"
"Aaron Franklin. . . move over budy, because my 9-hour smoke of this bad boy turned out to be the best most flavorful and juicy brisket I've ever had. Wow. . . didn't do much other than S&P, some Oakland Dust beef rub. . . 225 for 6-hours then foil wrapped for 3 hours. . . pulled at 203 and let rest for an hour and half. . . wow, wish I could post photos."
"Lobel\s Prime briskets are simply the best. Briskets can be tricky to prepare right especially those that come from the local supermarket. They often turn out dry and/or tough after spending many hours and working so hard to prepare them. This is not the case with Lobel\s prime briskets. I\ve done 5 Lobel\s briskets so far and they always turn out exceptionally juicy tender flavorful and succulent. I\ve been told numerous times by the most finicky BBQ connoisseurs that it\s the best brisket they\ve ever put in their mouths ! The secret to top notch brisket starts with the meat itself and it just doesn\t get any better than Lobel\s."
"I cooked this the old-fashioned way -- low and slow then sliced it covered it again with the sauce (garlic powder canned cranberries and tomato sauce also very old school) and put it back in the oven for another hour. It was wonderful -- and universally praised!"
