Andouille, great grilled and served on a bun, is most often used as an ingredient and flavoring agent in such Cajun dishes as gumbo, jambalaya, and vegetable sides. The taste is reminiscent of Polish kielbasa, but with a pronounced kick. Fully cooked, just heat and eat.

Preparing Lobel's Sausages
We ship our sausages frozen. Some thawing may occur during transit. Our sausages are fully cooked; simply brown and serve after thawing.
