    1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
    Salt
    Pepper
    6 Strips of Bacon
    6 Small White Onions (Diced)
    6 Green Olives (Chopped)
    3 Slices Cooked Ham (Diced)
    1 Tablespoon Butter (Soft)
    1 Cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven (450 degrees).
Sprinkle ground beef with salt and pepper and mix with a delicate hand.
Now divide the meat into sections and form round balls (about 2 inches round) with your hands (which have been covered with water or oil). In the center of each ball, make an indentation with your index finger (this hole should go down about 3/4 of dept of ball).
Meanwhile. saute the bacon until it is quite crisp. Remove it to paper towels and crumble (the bacon fat can be discarded or saved for future use).
Mix the crumbled bacon, onions, olives, diced ham, and soft butter. Stuff this mixture into the cavity of the meatballs, then smooth some of the meat over the opening to seal it.
Scatter the breadcrumbs evenly on a sheet of waxed paper, then roll the meatballs so that all sides are covered. Now place the balls on a flat pan and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.

Tips:

The best way to form meatballs is to put water or oil on your hands.
