kabobs for breakfast the meat was tender and juicy and took 2 minutes to cook directly over the charcoal! i made 1 first and found i personally wanted stronger seasoning . so i dipped the next 3 in a garlic pepper sea salt rub i quickly added and they were stupendous! i used charcoal which takes time but quick easy done in 5 minutes using gas i imagine. if you want something fast easy this is it. if i had company i would make my own veggie skewers to accompany it. i cant give lobel\s enough high 5\s for packaging its tightly sealed and easy to open. my only minor complaint is some of the pieces were a little big for 1 bite! and i have a big mouth!!!!!!! would recommend highly for bbq\s with children.
