Directions

    Soak bread in the milk in a medium bowl for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess milk and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Mix the bread with the beef, pork, onion, allspice, egg, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper.
    Form into small balls about the size of a heaping tablespoon.
    Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and fill it with the meatballs.
    Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook, shaking the tray halfway through, until browned, tender and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with lingonberry jam.
