Delicious!Revese seared both on my weber, they were the most flavorful tenderloins I have ever had. Also butter tender.

Sous vide masterpiece! Cooked via sous vide at 126 degrees for 1 hour and seared on a very hot grill. Perfect rare and melts in your mouth!
