We cut kabobs of 1.5 to 2 inches, the ideal size for a myriad of grilled or broiled skewers. Tenderloin for Kabobs can be used in a variety of sauté dishes or stir-fried for a classic Cantonese Steak Kew or Chinese hot-pot dishes (Asian fondue).

its filet mignon need i say more tender great for kabobs stir fry little steak with eggs in the morning. . easy to season to your taste.

great for stir fry or bbq skewers i really love the flexibility of this meat. stir fry is quick and easy for a fast meal. and on skewers for the bbq it allows you to season differently for everyone to their taste.

Fantastic! This meat was so tender and delicious! The best I have ever eaten and made me seem like the best chef in the world! Cut it with a fork tender! Yum!
