Absolute top quality I received my order packed impeccably. I seasoned the beautiful dry aged rib steaks simply and grilled over hardwood charcoal to medium rare. The steaks were super tender and bursting with beef flavor. It tasted like they were basted from the inside with beef butter. I could not recommend more highly.
