Extremely rich!I just ordered, prepared and ate a pair of these 28 oz beautiful behemoths. There wasn't a single ounce of gristle in the entire steak and each cut took only one pass with the knife. Some sections you could literally cut it with your fork. Word of caution if you've never eaten a steak of this caliber and of this size: It is EXTREMELY rich and I definitely paid the price the day after eating a full 28 oz Wagyu ribeye all to myself. My wife and kid shared the other 28 oz ribeye and neither could finish even half of their portion. This steak is incredibly delicious but definitely start small! I will be ordering these again!

I will keep it short and sweet If you LOVE steak you need to order Wagyu Rib steaks! That steak was unbelievably good! I will be buying more!!!
