MELT IN YOUR MOUTH LAMB We grilled this on the BBQ July 4th....it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. We marinade for 2 days...usually with lemon olive oil garlic & rosemary but this time we used Lobel\s New York Marinade. I love this on their skewers and wanted to try it on the lamb...OUTSTANDING!!! \n\nThe next day we had lamb sandwiches for lunch with the leftovers...UNREAL.\n\nThrough the years...maybe 20 or more...ordering from Lobel\s I have NEVER had anything less than a delicious tender and melt-in-your-mouth piece of meat. Yes...you will pay for it...but this is what you put into your body...why would you feed it anything less?

Outstanding I ordered the butterflied leg of lamb for Easter dinner with friend many who are serious “foodies”. It did not disappoint. . The recipe I used was slow roasted with garlic and rosemary. The lamb was melt in your mouth tender. I will definitely order this again and will recommend Lobels .\n\n
