First choice The Veal Long-Bone Rib Chop is difficult to mess up no matter how you are cooking it. It really doesn\t require any cooking skill at all unless you are trying something extra fancy with a sauce. This would be my first choice if you asked my favorite cut of meat to grill or pan sear. Of course the New York strip is also fantastic but that\s a Lobel\s story for another day.
